Frequently asked questions for your online purchases

What is the delivery time?

As a small company, we carefully package your orders at the beginning of each week after they have been validated. All our orders are shipped on Mondays. This allows us to guarantee personalized and attentive treatment for each order.

Shipping times: 1 to 2 working days.

If you opt for the "Click & Collect" service, we will inform you as soon as your order is ready to be collected from the store.

Can I pick up my order in store?

If you choose the "Click & Collect" service, we will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection in store. For any order placed before 1 p.m., you can collect it the same day from 4 p.m. Orders placed after 1 p.m. will be available the next day from 10 a.m.

I changed my mind, how can I return my item?

Our products are printed on demand, making them unique and personalized. Unfortunately, this means we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully check your order before confirming it. If you have any questions before purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact us; we are here to help!

What are the delivery costs?

The delivery charge is 12.00 CHF
You will see these fees before confirming your purchase.

If you choose "Click & Collect", it's completely free!

My product arrived damaged, what should I do?

Oh no, we're sorry to hear that! If your item arrived damaged, please contact us promptly (ideally within 14 days of receipt) at info@cartellstudio.ch with:

  • A description of the problem,
  • Photos showing the condition of the product and packaging,
  • Your order number.

We will find a solution for you: replacement, repair or refund, depending on the situation. 😊
